Test and Repair

To ensure quality, safety and reliability,
all controllers sent to us are subject to the following comprehensive test procedures:

  • A full functional check on purpose built
    test equipment.
    This is to identify the exact nature of
    the problem.
  • An overnight cyclic soak test.
    To pick up intermittent and temperature related faults.
  • A specification and tolerance test.
    Where all parameters are measured to ensure the controller operates within the manufacturer’s specification.
  • A final test on a test track and ramp.
    The final check before the controller
    is shipped.

Cosmetic Refurbishment
Following repair, your controllers are fully cosmetically refurbished. This includes the replacement of damaged labels, lenses, sockets, leads and joystick knobs etc, and a paint respray.


Warranty
From the date of shipping, all repairwork is protected by our full warranty for a period of 6 months. This includes replacement parts and labour.


Shipping
Collection of your controllers is arranged by our staff using FedEx. Simply place the controller in suitable packing material and a box, then contact us by email, fax or phone number, and our customer service team will do the rest.

All repairs are returned within 10 working days from receipt, and can be tracked enroute using the FedEx website. A FASTRACK service is also available for urgent items.
